About
This six-story landmark was build by the First National Bank in 1928 just as the Great Depression was approaching. In the high of the Great Depression, the first National Bank went bankrup and closed its doors in 1931. The Del Rio National Bank (now BBVA) bought the property and over the years, expanded through the entire block.
